We offer Basic, Comprehensive, and Premium coverage. Basic liability is included with all rentals. Our Premium tier covers zero deductible, glass and tire protection, and 24/7 roadside assistance for complete peace of mind.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a one-day rental fee.
If your driver's license is not printed in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required along with your original license. Both documents must be presented at the time of pick-up.
We provide a complimentary 1-hour grace period. Returns exceeding this grace period will be charged an hourly rate up to 3 hours, after which a full additional day's rate will apply.
